CONDOS
Warrantable vs. Non-Warrantable

These features include the project being completed with most units sold rather than rented, no one party owning more than 10% of them, adequate insurance coverage of common structures, and an ownership association independent of the developer. Understanding Commissions

Though usually considered the method of broker and agent in a brokerage to share a transaction commission, it is really a multi-level structure.

In a traditional real estate business, a seller would contract to have their property listed for a set percentage of the selling price. The listing brokerage lists the property in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and offers to share that commission with any MLS broker member that brings a buyer that completes the purchase. That's split #1.

Unless the broker in each of these companies is personally involved in the transaction, there will also be agents to be compensated. Per their written independent contractor agreement, each of the brokers would then split their portion of the commission with the agents as split #2

We previously tried to SELL BY OWNER, and it simply didn't work. This note is in praise of Christopher and his professionalism as a Realtor.  We had moved out of state, and he kept in touch with us almost daily as to the status  of our house.  The bottom line is that Christopher Aronstein is a great communicator and a positive, knowledgeable Realtor.  We gladly recommend Christopher and hope you'll consider having him be your Realtor.

"For Sale By Owner"? NEVER!
Christopher made the sale of our home so easy-and so quick.  He worked within the REALTOR network to find us a qualified buyer within weeks of our decision to sell.  When it was time for us to look for a new house, Christopher worked with us seven days a week until we found the house we knew we would make our home.  When we are in the market again, I know we will use Christopher.  In the meantime, we'll be recommending him to all of our friends.

The power of prayer plus an angel from Keller Williams... Rather than listing our home, Christopher Aronstein assisted us in SUCCESSFULLY getting a loan modification (REDUCED MORTGAGE & LOWER INTEREST RATE). We can stay in our home! Words cannot express my gratitude... please remember Chris with your next home sale/purchase.

People say working with friends is not such a great idea but I wholeheartedly disagree.  Christopher Aronstein is a friend from way back when but, more importantly I've discovered, an excellent realtor.  I was able to be completely honest with Christopher and he knew how to get exactly what I wanted.  He frequently reminded me to take one step at a time, and with him leading the way, the whole process just fell into place.  When problems arose, he shouldered the worry for me.  I can still hear him saying, "Just let me handle that" and that's exactly what he did.  I'm going to recommend him to every person I know that's in the market for a new home....
