The power of prayer plus an angel from Keller Williams... Rather than listing our home, Christopher Aronstein assisted us in SUCCESSFULLY getting a loan modification (REDUCED MORTGAGE & LOWER INTEREST RATE). We can stay in our home! Words cannot express my gratitude... please remember Chris with your next home sale/purchase.

People say working with friends is not such a great idea but I wholeheartedly disagree. Christopher Aronstein is a friend from way back when but, more importantly I've discovered, an excellent realtor. I was able to be completely honest with Christopher and he knew how to get exactly what I wanted. He frequently reminded me to take one step at a time, and with him leading the way, the whole process just fell into place. When problems arose, he shouldered the worry for me. I can still hear him saying, "Just let me handle that" and that's exactly what he did. I'm going to recommend him to every person I know that's in the market for a new home.... Jenny P.

"For Sale By Owner"? NEVER! Christopher made the sale of our home so easy-and so quick. He worked within the REALTOR network to find us a qualified buyer within weeks of our decision to sell. When it was time for us to look for a new house, Christopher worked with us seven days a week until we found the house we knew we would make our home. When we are in the market again, I know we will use Christopher. In the meantime, we'll be recommending him to all of our friends. |

Christopher Thank you so much for all of your hard work, patience, and generosity over the past couple of months...You always made me feel like a priority and went out of your way to answer all of my (and my father's) questions. Your professionalism and flexibility truly made my first home purchase a positive experience! Thank you again for everything.

What a day it was yesterday...nerve wracking for me, with the back and forth calls---you relators must live on adreneline when it comes down to the 'game of bargaining'.
Anyway, I am pleased with your services..the clear, non pressure way you brought the contract to me...and the way you went about the sale.
The house wasn't on the market long...and a little experienced seller like myself never knows when to stop...not wondering if a better sale can be made down the road...or of course, also having a home sit longer than desired on the market. Seriously, Christopher, I am only sorry not to be local so as to have contacts to recommend your services--you've done an outstanding job with communicating and follow through. You are welcome to print this letter out and give it to your superior at KW!
This is an unsolicited mail to you complementing Christopher Aronstein who I had the pleasure to work with recently. Living overseas, completely away from the Baton Rouge circuit, I chose 'blindly' to place a house with Keller Williams, solely from an advertising sign in the surrounding neighborhood of Westdale that Christopher had listed. From that first meeting , he was friendly, efficient, professional and followed through greatly in all aspects of my getting the house on the market and the subsequent sale process. It was truly a good experience from beginning to end.
So many times, superiors hear complaints or need to settle 'ruffled feathers'--this note is just the opposite. I have passed my compliments onto Christopher in person but wanted to pass this note onto you in your capacity as Christopher's team leader--I hope his success will continue to grow.

Christopher Thank you for all of the help with our home. You really went above and beyond the call of duty and you made our difficult decisions seem easy. Words alone cannot express our gratitude and how much you've helped us making this move from Pennsylvania. You have shown that you were deserving of our trust and we will not hesitate to recommend your services to friends and family in the future. Sincerely, |

My REALTOR, Christopher Aronstein is WONDERFUL!!! He is not only a kick ass person, but he is great at finding EXACTLY what you want. I was very hesitant to get a REALTOR until I learned that the buyer doesn't pay for the REALTOR the seller does. |

I had the privelege of becoming acquainted with Christopher Aronstein over five years ago when The Lamar Companies acquired Cameron Incorp. Christopher consulted with the management of our billboard plant to facilitate the transition to Lamar's operating methods. During that time, he demonstrated self-initiative, excellent organizational and communication skills. Christopher is very goal oriented and has a proven track record of acheiveing his goals. By nature, he is very diplomatic and his affinity for developing professional relationships would make him an asset of any organization. Denise C. VP/General Manager

Even though Christopher and I worked for two different companies, we were associates in the bus stop advertising shelter business for about 2 years. Christopher worked for the advertising firm that had the Parish contract placing bus stops throughout the Parish. Christopher's responsibility was in real estate research and development. Christopher was always diligent in his work and responsive to the needs of the Transit Department as well as his thorough and comprehensive research for the locations of the advertising shelter...being sensitive to the needs of his advertising clients and well as transit passengers...while dealing with the many restrictions placed on these shelters by the Parish and State Hwy. Department. Overall, Christopher met those challenges and was able to have installed many shelters for his company and for the transit passengers in Jefferson Parish. I am confident that Christopher will show the same diligence in whatever challenge you would present him. Sincerely, Peter L. Senior Transit Planner

In the past weeks I was retained by Lamar Advertising Co. to appraise five billboard structures located on both sides of Interstate 10 between Bluebonnet Blvd. and Siegen Lane - a total of ten faces. These are very valuable bulletin boards. In connection with my appraisal, I requested the support of Christopher Aronstein Real Estate Manager. I am pleased to advise you that Christopher was extremely helpful to me in providing the information I requested. He and I also visited all five billboard structures and he clarified the structure locations, the panel numbers and transmitted to me other data including copies of the leases, traffic counts, etc. I am writing to commend to you Christopher's willingness and effectiveness in timely and graciously providing me all the data I needed to complete this assignment. Sincerely Yours, Rodolfo A. PH. D, PE, AIA, MAI
